About

I was born in New York City. I began working in the restaurant industry during college in Ann Arbor, Michigan. My involvement at Acorn and the fine dining and farm-to-table driven experience inspired me to continue growing in the food and wine industry. After graduating, I spent two years apprenticing at Château du Nord vineyard in the Médoc region of France. I moved to Chicago and worked at Verdura as Sommelier for three years before being appointed Beverage Director for the entire Americano Restaurant Group.

In addition to my continuing work with Americano, I also host wine classes and curate the experience for special events, and was recently named Best New Sommelier by Santé Magazine.
